My story begins like yours, my friend - fueled by a deep passion to help others and truly make a difference through their unique gifts and services. This inspiration led me to start LoyalLeigh, a venture dedicated to empowering and guiding small business owners and budding entrepreneurs like you. I am a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), a multi-passionate doer and have developed a wide variety of business and marketing skills over the last 10+ years, and all of those skills are within your reach when you work with me.

Today, my greatest focus is on helping small businesses strengthen their people and processes through HR consulting and fractional HR support. From handbooks and onboarding to performance reviews and culture-building, I bring structure, strategy, and care to the areas that impact your team the most. When your people thrive, your business thrives. And for many businesses, that HR foundation naturally opens the door to growth strategies like marketing and digital ads, where I can also help.
